My mission is to introduce you to a different way of designing; one that pulls from an emotional place.  Enabling you to process your emotions through sewing. I produce my best work when I'm entrenched in the safety of my own feelings. Using this art form to sit with and process my emotions rather than judge and amplify  negative feelings.

PREREQUISITE: Students must demonstrate an intermediate level sewing proficiency.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: After 5 months you'll celebrate your graduation by showcasing your 8 look, 10 to 20 piece collection. The workshop cost include weekly virtual and in person sessions, custom sewing patterns for your entire collection, Graduation and Fashion show fees, a 24 by 60 inch brand display/mood board ( will be on display at graduation and yours to keep after) and 50% off any fabric purchased in studio. You will walk away with a toolkit of customized healthy coping skills, a loving and supportive cohort of Sew Sisters, a 565 page sewing techniques reference guide and the vulnerability to allow your brand/ personal style serve as a mechanism to tell your story. 

HOMEWORK: Students will have weekly homework that may include journaling/reflective soul work, practicing technical sewing skills, reading assignments and/or progressive work for designs/collection.

DURATION: 20 Weeks - 80hrs, Classes meet in person once a week for 3 hours each session and one self paced virtual lesson a week.
